The third Christmas and New Year has passed without the Old Greyhound. It is extremely depressing to see the wonderful old building falling deeper into decay.

We've not updated the site for a long time, because there's been nothing really to say.

The owner of the building is in administration and the Administrators said in their Report of October 2009 that as a 'non-performing' asset the Old Greyhound had been put up for sale.

The Old Greyhound is being marketed as two lots, the Pub itself and 'development' land.

There has been a number of rumours about a possible purchase, as of the October report the Administrators say that no acceptable offer has been received and the site is still being  advertised for sale by agents acting for the Administrators.

If anyone out there has any information we would be pleased to hear about it.
